i dont know if this is a glitch or what but i cant toggle active raider troubles at tenpines bluff and says talk to preston garvey with a checkmark and its greyed out so i cant even go talk to him

this is what is says

i should talk to preston and let him know we wont be gaining the support of tenpines bluff

but i cant talk to him about this

Did you go back to Sanctuary and get the quest from there?

no this just popped out in my quests out of no were i cant even do the quest cause its greyed out with a checkmark and cant talk to preston garvey about it so i dont know what this is if its some kind of glitch or something im on ps4
