I play on an iPhone 5c, OS 9.1. I did not delete the game. I only updated with the new update. I'm playing survivor mode (awesome by the way!) and the raiders stayed in the vault door one time but drained the lives from the dwellers underneath them. I had two guards in the vault door that were not being harmed and loosing power. Another time the raiders were in a middle room and draining the lives from the two rooms on either side at the same time but not draining the dwellers that we in the same room with them. I had 12 dwellers I was trying to heal at that same time and the raiders were in neither of those two rooms. I shut down the game after the first incident and it didn't happen for a bit but just now while playing it did it again twice. I have screen shots to prove this but don't know how to share them.
