Deacon appears to walk about halfway across the bridge to the tourist and then just stops and doesn't move...

This is kind of a quest breaking bug... What do i do?

You could try waiting for 24 hours, fast traveling and then returning, running to where you're supposed to meet and hoping he's there, literally "pushing" him along by sprinting into him, or reloading to an earlier save. Most of the time, if you just go to where you're supposed to meet the game will load them in for you.

Fast traveling and walking back seems to have made him stand in front of the tourist, Pushing him didn't work though. Thanks for replying.
