For some reason, more and more people fall out of the sky in my game.

Every time I visit Whiterun, there is a dead courier directly where usually the vampires spawn. I pick them up, drop them under the bridge close to the gate and move on. Next time, dead courier again. They are always naked and stripped of all belongings.

In front of Helgen, I saw a bandit falling out of the sky (I use OBIS). He still had full equipment, this means the townsfolk take their stuff before I arrive?

In Riverwood, dead bodies lying on the street.

Windhelm, dead courier bodies.

Riften, dead courier bodies.

I read about this problem with the engine, but it never happened so often in my games. Is there anything that is causing or accelerating this issue?
