1. it is a dragon shout, not a spell.
2. We have no way of confirming whether or not there was a different build entirely, but it could be old judging by the way the Giant fell like a rock and in the new one so to speak he rag dolls, as it just as easily could be the last build. In the quake con video Todd completely avoids the building, did he do it intentionally? Given the volume of questions they must receive about just this one bug, is Pete also avoiding it?
3. This is e3 footage uploaded by IGN last week.
4. The water does not even run down the steps as you might see in bleak falls cave. There the water looks good.
So is the storm shout unrealistic intentionally? I mean yes we can use it with a roof over our head, but they could at least make it seem as if it was real. The devs say that snow falls naturally, why not water Beth?
