Not sure if this is a bug or not.... After completing the quest Volare and rasing the bomber, the hangar doesn't update with the newly raised bomber in it. Is there a time in the game when it's supposed to appear (in game days, or other quests completed?) or was it supposed to show up right away?

I made sure Loyal wasn't in the hangar when I completed the quest so he wouldn't get "stuck" in the old hangar. Jack is inside with Janet, however I've never seen Jack leave the hangar so I'm not sure if getting him to leave it is required, or if I should have completed Young Hearts later...

It's a glitch it happens to alot of players. Reload from an earlier save and try again, most likely won't work but it'll give you something to do because they're not fixing the game. Check out Obsidian's twitter feed to confirm this. They're not fixing it, they're done.

Is there a certain point in the game that the hangar changes or is it supposed to be immediate? And if it really is a glitch, what causes it? I have gone back to an earlier save and redid Volare without completing any other quests for the Boomers, (I got all my fame without doing any quests) but the hangar is still the same.

Sometimes after completing the quest, the bomber in the hangar will not be repaired. It will look the same as if you did not start the quest. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Volare!#Bugs
