Ram Limit and Optimisation. 157.57mb157.00mb

Hi all,

I have just started making my first player home and I've noticed I've just gone over what I presume to be a RAM limit (top of the render window, I am currently 157.79/157.00MB).

My concern is I've only furnished 4 rooms and have another 3 empty rooms with a plan to include perhaps one more room.

By furnished I mean I have only included the actual furniture and and key parts of the room, I have not yet included general clutter (plates, books, further minor decor etc.)

So far my rooms are:

Entrance Hall - containing an extended U Shape dinning table containg 3 table segments. Lit by the light orbs found around winters college, walls drapped in moss with a small tree as center piece. Aim here is to go for a magical/tolkienesque elven theme.

Barracks Quarters Style bedroom - contains 8 beds with accompaning furniture (wardrobes, End Tables and shared tables in a compact layout.)

Barracks training room/rest area - Contains 4 practice dummies, Archery range, weapon rack + 2 weapon mounts, unpopulated bar and 2 tables + 2 unpopulated shelving units.

Blacksmiths - Contains relevant crafting stations, 2 custom static containers (using ref links to chests in the abyss), a mannequin, 2 safes.

I then have 3 empty rooms to be used as an armoury/trophy room, player beedrom and an enchanters/alchemy combined lab.

Each room has yet to include general clutter and (all by 2) light sources.

Have I aimed to big? or am I missing some trick in order to keep this mod below limit? I just feel that after semi completing only 4 rooms I should not be hitting the limit.

Many Thanks to any help
