A Ranch House

Check it out it, my first house mod.
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11420

Currently a Beta Version. This mod opens up the Boarded up Ranch House in springvale, which is located near the spring vale school, and turns it into a usable player house with everything you need. Includes a Basemant,Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen and lots of storage! Be sure to check this out, not everything is in the pictures!

Future versions may enable an option to disable the basemant for those who feel this is located too close to the starting of the game.

Futures versions may include different basemants.

Looks nice :)

Although, the orangey wallpaper/wall in the second screenshot kinda hurt my eyes, but apart from that (which could be easily sorted out) it looks great :)

Well done on the first house mod btw :)

Aside from the lack of navmesh and a few loading issues* it looks pretty good. What's going on with the terminal in the basemant and will there be any way to turn off the music? Please? :)

*Going inside from the front door, you're looking up at the ceiling. Going outside from the front door, you're looking at the roof.
Going inside from the back door, you're looking down at the floor. Going outside from the back door, you're looking at the ground.

If I can figure out how to move around door markers I think I could fix those problems.

Ooops.... I forgot to turn off the music LOL! I was just experimetning around with the options and didn't realize I left the music on I'll fix that ASAP. If I can figure out how to write terminal data I was going to write a story that goes along with the previous owner of the house. What I really wanted to do was give it a few fun options like satcom strikes, or the ability to blow up megaton but my lack of knowledge with the GECK I'm still trying to figure these things out! As for the wallpaper its the same as Silver's house. Like I future versions may have different features and looks!

Alrighty Ladies and Gentlement version 0.02 has been released. Removed music by request and fixed the door marker problem! And fixed getting stuck in a corner when exiting the terminal chair in the basemant.

Looks nice :)

Thats just one section of the house! I didn't want to reveal everything in the screen shots. Also I'd like to have a few different versions of it for people to choose from!

that's a quirk of the ranch doors... they are created on the side so you have to rotate them to upright and then position them... the teleport markers are at 90 degrees from vertical..

This problem has been fixed in my new release 0.02, I didn't know how to rotate door markets at first but found the answer and fixed it!

Don't worry I wasn't [censored]ing :)
Thats like the only "bad" thing I could find about it.

Someone else said about NavMesh, but I never use Followers anyway, and it means I can't be chased when I want to hide inside it :)

Just wanted to thank you for this mod. I enjoy it greatly. I do agree that the basemant is probably a bit too much, but i just don't go down there.

Keep up the good work!
