He doesn't tell me a word wall location..?

Any help as to if this is a glitch, or what, would be helpful.

I'm only a level 6 on my new account (My other one is a level 32) and this is the first time I got a note from the courier not displaying a word wall location ; - ;

Sometimes, the letter doesn't show a word wall. Not a glitch.

I have had notes that would be cutoff, making me "turn the page" to see the rest of the note.
