So todd did not specificly say there will be random encounters but he did actually mention dragons being present every where and even having random encounters.

so either this means that there will be random encounters like from FO3, NV did not have them
or that the only kind of random encounters there will be will be concerning dragons.

I for one would be very pleased, it would make it nearly impossible to KNOW when I am going to be attacked simply because I was attack at that spot before. discuss.
