randomized item, npc, and market placement

Okay for those theifs and evil doers in sure you will understand what im talking about. If you robbed a house or store then if you came back later the house was empty this is not realistic and if you bought all the soul gems from a vendor they never came back ( I don't think).
Also if you wrecked a house with flame tempest on accident the mess stays there forever there should be something to reset the house if you screwed up somehow.
and finally dead npcs if you killed evryone there's no one left. I feel like people should be randomized and put in place of the dead ones for a more realistic and interactice experience because even when the gamea over I like to kill steal and roleplay.

(The poor welklend stones never come back) it turned me to a world of item duping.

2.houses also reset so if you messed it up it will go back to normal
3.already confirmed that people will replace dead NPC's

1- True, almost everything that could hold an item in Oblivion (NPCs, Containers) respawned, save from some unique ones.
2- Interior cells items placement and furniture don't reset, their containers do.
3- It's said that some NPCs replaces dead NPCs. But that does not mean everyone will be killable and have infinite relatives to replace them. Of course there will be NPCs that once you kill them, they are gone forever and you will never have another opportunity to do a quest unless you restart your playthrough or load another save. And I find it very logical to have a few essential ones, hopefully there won't be as much as Fallout 3. Or even better, 1 essential NPC in the whole game (Fallout New Vegas).

I don't care how many essentials there are as long as there is plenty others to kill and replace infinitely. But when I go into a store and there's nothing on the shelfs it kinda odd. And I've never had a house reset the items of the shelfs if they were dropped. Besides what if you put something on the shelf then it was reset?

I wouldnt mind if they took the "New Vegas" approach. Where no characters were essential, and you could kill anyone.

But people spawning all the time also can have a reverse effect and make the game even more un realistc. I dont want to have to clear out a fort 100 times. But a towns folk here and there coming back to populate the town in a growing world would make sense.

And yes, i would like my vendors to re stock their items.
