I am looking for one of these outfits for Boone to wear but I was wondering the best place to find one without killing a ranger?? I've been looking in the outposts but not been able to find one. Any help on the best place to find one would be much appreciated.

There is a legion raid camp (where the legion takes the hostages from Nipton) that has a few tents, a campfire and of course the hostages. Just to the east of there is the Broc Flower Cave. The area between those two locations often has a few skirmishes between NCR and Legion, and if you look around that area, you should see patrols (of both factions) and often some dead bodies. Ranger station Charlie if chances are right. If you haven't done ranger andys mission, then there should be a ranger wearing a red scarf outside in the trailer. Outside a bit might be some legion, One/two will go into the outpost and get into a Fight with the Ranger. It can go either way, but if the ranger dies, then ok! Hope that helps...at all
