Hey everybody.

Ranger Takedown was working for me previously (Backwards power attack = unconscious NPC etc etc), however it is no longer working. A backwards power attack when unarmed results in just kicking someone in the knee caps. Pipboy still says I have the perk :3

I'm using the Steam version, fully updated. Any ideas?
