I am trying to do a former ranger, who became a wanderer after the death of her best friend. I wanted to do a traveler who focused on "make each hit count" type of thing. Mainly focusing on a critical build. Also mainly want perks. I already know I will use cowboy weapons, primarily using a Trail Carbine for the rifle, and .44 Magnum for the pistol.
