i have been playing brink for about one week now and to unlock some abilities to buy to use you have to be up at a set rank to buy an ability but im not sure what type of game type to play to get your rank up. for example im at rank 3 and level 14 but to get more abilities i have to be at rank 4 and 5 but my rank never will go up just my level of xp so what im asking is what type of game do i play to get my rank up not my level, and yes i know everything i play in the game will make my level go up.

Level 1-4 RANK 1
Level 5-9 RANK 2
Level 10-14 RANK 3
Level 15-19 RANK 4
Level 20-20 RANK 5

Your rank depends on your level
0-4 rank 1
5-9 rank 2
10-14 rank 3
15-19 rank 4
20 rank 5
