I didn't see this anywhere so I made a thread.

When I lasted played I was at level 23 I stopped playing for a while and got back on today to find my level and stats back down to level 3. I dont know what happened and if anything I'd like to be given an answer.

It has been apparent that the statistics servers were down for a short period of time, but I don't know if this is 100% accurate or not; assuming this is the case, did you play online for a long time at one period? And didn't turn off the Xbox 360 until you had played roughly from rank 3 upward? If so, this is the case and you MIGHT have to work to get it returned to 23. If that is the case, sorry to hear mate.

If however you were caught boosting then you were probably reset for that exact reason. I don't know how they work or what they do, but I should think a rank reset might be the mandatory.
