Has this happened to anyone else? I got up to level 8 on launch day...After finally getting past the "serial code in use" problem. Logged back in a while later and was back down to level 5. Played again for a while and got to level 6. Logged in today and I'm back down to 5.

I really like this game but the problems its been plagued with at launch are unacceptable.

Any ideas on when this glitch will be fixed?
