I have just found Raoul after a terrifying flee from Deathclaws, which drove me into an irradiated canyon FILLED with centaurs, to escape the RADS i fled higher up the mountain and lo and behold, there was Black Mountain!

Inside the radio station i found poor Raoul the hispanic ghoul maintenance man trapped!

Long story short, he can be your companion- BUT!

the more i hang out with him, the more he sounds just like the guy who played MACHETE!!!! (Danny Trejo)

could this be? do i have a burnt up MACHETE as my sidekick???

Yes and the character is very funny

He uses the same voice style he uses for Enrique from King of the Hill too. I keep expecting him to say, "They put salmon in the fish tacos, Hank! SALMON!"
