Ok I took him with me to Ranger Andy, I have talked to him before, got the Charlie quest but I never learned Ranger takedown. Well I went there with Raul, did all the dialog and learned ranger takedown, but he still won't talk to me. Is Raul ever going to be fixed because this poor ghoul has so many bugs >.>
