Well I keep changing the IDs on my inventory with the suits IDs. Im doing this on xbox. Everything thing else I change works but the suites doesn't show up.

(1) Discussion about how to mod on consoles is not allowed here.
(2) This outfit is marked unplayable thus you can't find it in your inventory.

So is it still able to be worn?

Only NPCs can wear equipment which is not marked playable.
