hey people, I just bought the legendary edition of skyrim, I went to raven rock and finished a couple of quests there.....i'm trying to do the radiant quest deceiving the herd, and I cant find a high profile victim in raven rock, everybody I try to kill cant be killed, they can only be knocked out.....please help.....

I hate the Volkihar vampire assassin radiants. They are a complete fail. That is pretty much the story for them no matter what city you go to. You have to kill a high profile outside and in front of people and be seen and wear all the dawnguard armor and get away and it can't be a non-killable npc. Could they just ask you to juggle a ball on your nose and dance thru flaming hoops while at it??? Sorry I can't help but this broke my straw back and I became human again.

As for the quest, try killing one of these: Fethis Alor, Garyn Ienth, Milore Ienth. Preferably Garyn, he's the only one who's not also a questgiver.

I've tried killing all of them, none of them die!!!! I guess i'll just start all over and try again......here I go again....
