Can anyone tell me where Raven Rock is?????

Raven Rock is the first new settlement you arrive at in the DLC Dragonborn. Seeing as how this is the Dawnguard board...you may be a little lost, my friend.

When you take the boat in Windhelm (assuming you actually have the Dragonborn DLC installed), it will automatically take you to Raven Rock.

Solstheim and wrong forum. Dragonborn is where you need to be. Basically after the cultists attack which I think is somewhere between levels 20-30 you will find a note on one of them that initiates the quest to visit the ship's captain at the docks in Windhelm. He will take you there and afterwards you can fast travel freely between there and Skyrim.
