Also, I was kind of already under the impression that the barfight was bloody to begin with. Killing only two people, both being justifiable seems minor compared to how I imagined this fight going on. Perhaps I just don't understand barfights as I've never been in one, but I'm pretty sure they get bloody with weapons being drawn pretty quickly.

Again, I don't really see how he's bloodthirsty compared to how I imagined the whole fight to be going, we are in Suran after all, and from previous posts from Anti, it looked really bloody to me. I guess I interpreted the entire scene differently, it's kind of irritating on my end, otherwise Galendor would have reacted a lot differently. Not to mention, I am still apart of this RP, you'd essentially be leaving my in the dust by pulling that. Not exactly fair to me.

Sorry for the formatting errors in my latest post, I'm forced to use my personal computer and it has a very nasty bug making it nearly impossible to use. Once I get access to my school computer tomorrow I will fix those issues, as well as get another post up. Also could anyone tell me how I can copy and paste a character sheet while keeping the links attached to some of the words?

(edit: errors fixed)

As far as explications, go, I would think Galendor's killing spree could be explained as a lapse in judgement as (from what's in the 'flashback' posts' it seems like he's spent most of his life lurking in the woods huntign and killing the odd troublemaker. That would translate as both a fairly total ignorance of tavern brawls (not many taverns in a remote corner of Valenwood) and a falling into a huntere's trained habits (close range shootign aimed at the vitals) that doens't give much provision to the notion of 'non lethal fighting'.

But whatever the Hlallalu could come up as compensation job is likely to be some sort of garbage detail : the sort of unpleasant and possibly dangerous jobs few would undertake without a big carrot or stick. He would probably be the most directly concerned, but i don't think they would have too much qualms with a 'you brought the lunatic in Vvardenfell, now keep and eye on him to to make sure he kills only the people we want him to kill'.

Well, it is true that he has no conception of non lethal fighting.

You are a part of this RP, and as such it is your right to depict certain events from your character's perspective, and to of course shape the world around us to certain extents. I never had a problem personally with things turning bloody in the bar fight. As you said, we're in Suran. It's the wild west, baby! So yeah, it makes sense that things could get out of hand quick.

And don't worry, there will be no "leaving in the dust," of anyone. I have my contingency plans, and right now that involves the whole party being swept up into servitude to The House. They weren't there when the violence broke loose, so they don't know what happened. There's absolutely no reason for them to not suspect each and every one of the newcomers in their city. So yeah... you can certainly expect NOT to be left behind in that regard.

In other news: I'm going to get to reading all of your lovely new posts now. I'd love to get a post up myself, but I've been working since 5 AM. It is now almost 10 PM. I need some sleep. I'll see about getting a post up tomorrow, Wednesday at the latest.

Thanks guys!

EDIT: Before I go, I just wanted to go ahead and remind you all that you MUST communicate with the other people in the RP. Tell me if you're going to do something crazy and game-changing. Talk to the other writer whose character you're about to slap in the head (looking at you Kajrue!).

This is a RULE of the RP, and if it doesn't get followed.. well... someone might just go the way of our poor bloated Botrolf the Butcher. And none of us want that to happen. :P

As anti had touched on, members of the House are coming to split up the little scuffle. I've had them enter during my post, feel free to use this for your posts.

Waiting a little while for a bit more on Galendor's reaction to the spell and the gaurd's actions.

Elissandre will probably present herself as a healer (and probably use a bit of charming magic) to make a check on the more seriously wounded (selllng it to the House guard with a 'you prefer hauling corpses out or have those guys walk out on their own ?' line). Both because she doesn't liek the notion of letting peoples die whe nshe coudl help and to try to score some brownie points with the guard.

Wether she spots Sigourney on her own and go for her or the guards bring her in as possible collateral damage to fix will depend on how things turns with them.
