In a Alchemy poison like "Weakness to Poison" that consists of Deathbell,Giant Lichen,and Jazbay Graqes,it says "Target is 51% weaker to poison and 51 pts concentrated poison damage,is my first question correct? I think that I read it on UESP or some sight like that not someones opinion post.
