The DX11 petition thread is not just about Crytek implementing DX11 into their game engine. It is about releasing a patch that will fix the majority of the problems with the game. I understand that bugs are inevitable but I also believe a game should be functioning before it is released commercially. The problems we want fixed by signing the petition thread are as follows:
DX11
Advanced graphics options
64 bit support
A functioning multiplayer
A hacker shield which protects players from malware and hacking
Higher resolution textures.
A less buggy single player campaign
Nanocatalysts which don't disappear

If there is anything else I have missed please feel free to add them to the comment section below. Also please post in the DX11 petition thread in support of this post

I support this and the petition however I highly doubt our petition even reaches crytek people who could make a difference.
Cevat yerli should take a look at these forums.

Did someone even bought dx11 card for this game? Bwahaha, naive kiddies.

Noone said we bought a card which supports Dx11. Infact I have had my HD 5850 for around 8 months now. We would just like to see it in Crysis 2 as it is a great game and shouldn't be tarnished by unfulfilled promises

I have a few more, even after patch 1.2
Weapons sometimes dissapear in SP, when dropped.
An strange graphical glitch while sliding.(The view where the sky should be , is like freezing with an image from what
image you saw when sliding , very strange and hard to explain i'l catch some screens and upload them here. (very visible while sliding if moving mouse)
Also when there are to many things happening at once (some of the effects won't go away.)
ex.: You run fast while receiving heavy fire then you slide ,you shoot some more (be the weapon :p) then another slide or so and while all this happens , some explosive barrels ,close to you , explode.
Then the image get's like very blurry because of the tension ,like you are hit very bad so the screen has an blur effect you know and sometimes the blur sticks , after everything is back calm. mostly until the end off the mission or if some sort of interaction happens.(i'l try to post some pics to)

As for DX11 i have patients , as long as they forfill what they promised to us.
and offcourse , if they could keep us updated.
And some simple things like advanced graphic settings , modsupport , Mapeditor. Must be implemented sooner or later. How could we even call this an pc game without those?
Well i sure hope they know what they are doing.

If you cant speak proper grammar don't bother posting here in the forums.I'm so sick of you kiddies not knowing how to translate proper English into a sensible sentence. i.e: "Did someone even bought DX11".. STOP! O-k first, that doesn't make sense what-so-ever , The proper way of speaking would be: "Has anyone even bought a Dx11 card?", OR another "Aww, what a rude boys!" Proper:"Aww,What a bunch of rude boys!" ,"a" means singular in the sentence you posted,"s" adds plural,so to say a rude boys doesn't make sense. Please learn how to translate proper English, or quit typing cause you just make yourself look like a jackass! LOL! Stupid illiterate morons troll, and cant even do that right? You don't have to be perfect every time you type a sentence, but please make sense so we can understand you.

Thank You,Deathbringerrr

Lots of people who want DX11 also agree with you but the only thing we can say with certainty that is common to absolutely everybody who said "we want DX11", is that they all want DX11.

Also, there is a benchmark file, like that of crysis 1 names "benchmark". However it does not work.

I know it is a small issue, and someone will eventually create a benchmarking tool like that of Crysis warhead, but still it is something that i like fixed if a patch for dx11/64 Bit support becomes available.

in order for something to be "fixed" or a "bug", it must first actually be there.

Of the entire list, only 4 points fall under this remit.

Yes we all want DX11 for example- but its not a bug, nor is it broken, its just not there. Same for advanced graphics, same for higher textures. So please stop with these threads claiming theres loads of broken things when theres not, there is just things that are not there and its peoples assumptions that make them think they should be there, not that theyre there and broken.

So i agree with the first statement, lets get the proper bugs sorted out, lets get single player smooth on all setups, lets get protected from hackers and the likes, lets get stable multiplayer, but dont then tarnish those points saying to have all these other features too, they are things we all WANT, but do not stop the game functioning at all- just makes it look nicer.

They didnt abandon this forum. And they wont because they're running around scared that if they leave us alone for 10 min we will port the game over to Crysis wars as a mod.
