You can file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau regarding the freezing issues in Fallout 3. I think the more of us that do this, the greater the effect and pressure Bethesda will face to fix the problem. Obviously stating our complaints and issues with the game are falling on deaf ears here at Bethesda.
