I wasn't sure if I understood the read me correctly. Does the .esp take the place of ALL of the Book Jackets .esp's, even the ones for the expansion? And does the Reading While Passing Time.esp work with the Uvirith's Legacy Book Jacket's Add-On .esp?

If you are referring to "Passing Time While Reading", the answer to your first question is yes, it does replace all of Book Jackets' esps including the expansions, but remember to install all the resources from the Book Jackets mod (Meshes, Textures, etc).

The answer to the second question is no. It does not work with Uvirith's Legacy Book Jacket's Add-On.esp, because ULBJ add-on came out after Passing Time While Reading and, to date, no patch has been requested. If you want one, you may request it, but the turn-around may be a week or two, as Jac will have to dl UL, and I'll have to playtest before it can be released.
