Run your load order through http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox

Since you're using Real Wildlife, I suggest this http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=6808 (note that the patch must load after Mashed_Lists.
And I don't know how well Real Wildlife and Passive_Healthy_Wildlife work together. You likely don't need the second one.

I've already run the load order through Mlox, then manually rearranged some mods which Mlox didn't order properly. Then I re-checked the load order.

Does Real Wildlife include behaviour changes to creatures as in PHW? The readme doesn't state such a thing.

Edit: I've made some other changes in my load list. I'll post the new load order tomorrow.

Yes I know one conflict that might cause you some trouble, that's the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1089674-emmas-witchgirl-adventure/page__view__findpost__p__15894413 can disable the share inventory topic.

Have you update the Sris_Alchemy_BM properly, because if you don't do this it be show some funny ingredient in the inventory.
I also know that the KS_Julan_Ashlander Companion_1.3 mod could be in conflict with any Ghostgate mod (I forgot the mods name).

Finally I suggest that you sometimes run Yacoby's http://yacoby.silgrad.com/MW/Mods/escog.htm to remove evil GMST's.

Thanks for the warning about Morgana. The post you've linked to says that it will create such problems if you edit the mod in some way. I haven't even touched it

I've downloaded the updated version of Sris_Alchemy_BM, which says that it fixes the "deprecated AddToLev function" problem. I got it http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20882. Thanks Mlox for thr hint

I too have read that Ghostgate mods will conflict will Julan. I'm not using any though.

I've just got escog and will run it now, thanks.

Last night, I've manually gone through the Mlox rulebase and rearranged my load order. I don't really trust Mlox as a program, I find its rulebase itself much more useful. Mlox more than often suggests load order changes for mods that it doesn't have a rule for (it tries to rearrange my own compilation mods, some Russian mods I have, mods that have only been released, etc.). So I manually checked all the load order rules and found the process much more trustable, although very time-consuming (It took me almost 4 hours). This is, probably, my final load order (only the esper_output will be added when everything is ready):

By the way, I'm thinking of adding Private Mobile Base. Would you recommend it? The fact that 4 different esps must be enabled in order to play it is a tradeoff for me.
