OK, so I have got the real estate mod and I really need some ebony, so I went ahead and bought gloombound mine. So I went to whiterun to get the ledger and quill and I bought the mine, I have the deed in my safe so then I wait seven days inside dragonsreach to see if my ebony comes and it does not. I try messing around with the settings but the only thing which I really understood was the perk thing so I disabled it and kept waiting but still I was not getting the ebony. I should say that I've barely touched the main quest the only thing which I have done is talk to Gerdur and the Irrelith (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) and have avoided the Jarl. Also the gloombound mine I have not become blood-kin with the stronghold so will that effect anything? All answers appreciated. Thanks for the help everyone
