To be clear. Which features require FOSE and will not work without? I unfortunatly have the D2D version of Fallout 3 and cannot use FOSE :(

Hi,

Basically, all features works well without FOSE. But you can't use "Extra Hot Keys" for quick access to features/config menu.

I'm now creating new plugin which absolutely require FOSE. But those are optional, and will provide as separete ESPs.

Oh more question. Are there any incompatibilities with Realistic Chems mod? Hmm. I already see that stimpacks work slightly different in your mod than his. The main difference is that the Stimpacks heal slower. 1 hp over 30 seconds default.

Real Injuries:
Stimpak and Morphine will conflict. Those two items are essential items for Real Injuries.
You should load RI_Base.esp after Realistic Chems mod.

RI - Primary Needs:
Jet and RadAway will conflict. But it is not essential. You can load Realistic Chems mod after RI_PNeeds.esp.

Thanks! I'm pretty excited about this mod personally. I followed the Primary Needs mod for Oblivion from the start and something like this is right up my alley :)

You are welcome :)

Hope you can enjoy this mod. If you have issues please let me know. I'm sure non FOSE mods are compatible with D2D version. But I can't test.

Hi Kathrin.
I finally installed mods for the games and yours were a must.

I haven't run in any problems and I'm having a blast with these too. Now, I actually need to plan my battles. No more running towards the ennemy and simply using tons of stimpacks to heal me. :)
Plus, I now have to plan how I use my caps since I need to eat and drink.

Thank you for such a wonderful mod. I'll keeping a close eye on the updates and upcoming new features. :D

Cheers!

Currently, I am working Real Injuries 3.0.0 and RI - Primary Needs 2.0.0. Not too many features, but some improvements, and little new feature sets.
Today I made a new plugin "Wasteland Walking Club", this is not for everyone, only for people who likes walk and slow pace exploring.

And other working features are:
- Oven cooking. (30% done).
- ASU (Auto Save Utility) like Streamsave feature. (I loved Jaga's streamline especially streamsave :)) (95% done) Maybe this will release separately.
- Medic companion. (50% done)
- and more... :P

I cant guarantee when all done. Probably, next release will have Oven Cooking and ASU.

Not sure if this is intended or not. But Nuka-Cola seems to affect both Hunger and Thirst.

Changes in 1.1.7:

  • Change bloodpack. If PC has Hematophage perk, bloodpack will provide food points.
  • Re-compile FOSE related scripts for FOSE beta 4.

Real Injuries 2.6.7

Fix/Change in 2.6.7
  • Fix Morphine Addiction issue
  • Re-Compile FOSE related script for FOSE beta 4

I see that the ESP names have changed. Will this require a new game?

Which one are you talking?

I assume for regarding Real Injuries.
Essential file is a RI_Base.esp. This file name should stay same. Other two are optional plugin, those file name changes does not affect anything.

Hmm. was the new updates related in any way to the current beta? or just a quick stability patch for the current released version?

Just few changes/fixes and FOSE part changes.
Mostly for FOSE part, hence Beta 3 changed op-code, I should re-compile all FOSE related scripts. I don't think beth's latest patch causes any unexpected behavior. I don't see any functionality changes. But if they make new *bugs*... If you have any issue with latest patch please let me know.

And those are not related current beta.

I gotta say. This mod makes the game drastically more difficult. Before, trying to manage your radiation was a trivial matter. Now its a life or death situation. One point though. I have yet to find any healing powder out in the wastes but i never have any problems buying a handful of stimpacks here and there

Yup, radiation is a big problem.

Anyway, are you using RI_LootTweak Alpha? That optional esp adds Healing Powder in loot list. If you are using current beta, you can found RI_LootTweak.esp in archive. (Both Loot Tweaks are not compatible use appropriate one)

You can find description and download link in latest RI_Readme.html.
Currently, this Loot addon can use only if you are using both Real Injuries and RI - Primary Needs.

This mod doesn't seem to work as it should for me. I realize it's a beta, but I figure it should work better than this.

Sometimes when my character is tired, he suddenly doesn't need to sleep anymore. The same happens with eating and drinking. Also, when I was thirsty, I tried drinking a lot but I was still thirsty after drinking. Am I doing something wrong?
