Looks like a blade that's more fashion than use. I've seen some things similar in army surplus stores, and some gas-stations that have trinkets for sale. Exact site and where to order one, I'm not sure. I guess just look around, there's bound to be a place that sells them.

Here's a place with some that look similar.

EDIT: More as i find them. Seems the Dragon series is the most common for them.

several here that are interesting and similar.

At this point i'll stop. Keywords to put in a search engine are Display knifes/daggers, and fantasy daggers.

That is awesome. All the more reason I want to learn blacksmithing. So I can make my own custom Elder Scrolls swag.

well, just as a heads up, black smithing and sword smithing are quite different professions. Professional sword smiths are all but extinct these days, but there is a good deal of hobby blacksmithing in the world.

Obviously it is not a blade I would intend on using for anything, it isn't practical for anything but stabbing. :P

I remember seeing them on Ebay a while back but they where not labeled as "Daedric Dagger" IDR the name.

Thats the thing, I don't want similar, I want exact if possible. Think of showing my Morrowind friends, "check out this dagger that is kinda sorta similar to the Daedric one." lol XD

There's still quite a few professional sword smiths. I can name several off the top of my head. Of course their stuff is a lot more practical than slo (Sword Like Objects) a term used to describe anything made of stainless steel with, most likely, a rat tail tang. Getting anything under 600+ dollars is.. unlikely. Of course this is totally off topic but I feel the need to reply.

Doing more searching, getting ones that are closer.

Seems that knife has a 'knuckle guard'. That will help with your search.
EDIT: although the picture doesn't look like it will fit your fingers/knuckles...
EDIT: It also seems to be part of a set called 'dragon slayer', or that seems the most common design.. But it could also fall under Scorpion

Same kind used in Coolman's Dagger Collection for TESIV. He gave it the title "Leviathan" so I assume you should try google searching with that name. Here's a picture of the same dagger (but downgraded for TESIII): http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/Image.php?id=90924. Amazing similarity, no?

I saw that multiple times while searching. The only place I've seen that type of weapon used before, is in the anime Bleach. Those and the claws (Assassin from Diablo 2, or Wolverine from X-men). Found some interesting anime swords too. Actually you can see them in the background of the targeted dagger.

The weapon of the "Assassin" from diablo 2 is Claw weapons and the famous Katara or Katar for short. Which is a "punch dagger" developed in India. Other than that the Leviathan Dagger, as mentioned above, is the closest you're probably going to get to a "Daedric Dagger." just make sure to keep it for display purposes.

I'm fully aware of that my good man. It's just a lot easier to combine armor smith and sword smith into blacksmith when talking to people, even though it's an incorrect term for the hobby. (or posting in this context)

The blade looks perfect. You could probably model the handle and maybe color the blade somehow (idk how to stain steel but there must be some way) and it would look perfect.

Actually there are LOTS of professional sword smiths in Toledo in Spain. The town itself was made famous by the extremely high quality swords it produces. They are quite pricey though :P

But it would be awesome if a smith devoted his time to making TES weapons and armor.

Pretty much what I said earlier. There's tons of sword smiths. I can name and list many hand made sword manufacturers. Just don't expect anything under 600 dollars and many take a year to make.

oh, yes, I've actually been to Toledo! Bought a sword, too.
what I was actually trying to imply is that swordsmiths who make something other than ceremonial/decorative swords
In general you will find swords that are mass produced and molded, rather than folded and made by hand, simply because they are easily produced and the general public who will be buying the swords can't tell the difference
Also, swordsmithing won't be a hobby unless you're an eccentric millionaire.

Perhaps something to note, I'm considering getting involved in Silicon molding. If I do, if someone made a model of the weapon in question, I could make a replica, likely plastic or a light-weight metal. Naturally this isn't anywhere near what other places could do, but it is something that might be interesting to consider...

There's still quite a few quality hand made sword manufacturers that make extremely good swords. Folding isn't required anymore and actually adds onto the price of a sword. Most people who don't know much about sword smithing go "What!?" at this point but it's true. Folding was to remove the impurities from the low grade steel. We have access to better steel these days making the process unnecessary. You can get a good hand made sword from 600-1000+ that'll last through many years of cutting practice and competitions. There's quite a few people who still buy swords. Those who practice Iaijutsu and Kenjutsu as well as reinactment groups, collectors who desire a real sword in their collection, and those who participate in cutting competitions. You can still buy those made using traditional methods but for a quality blade? Again, not necessary but it is quite a bit more expensive.

That looks fun to play around with but if I ever got my hands on it I'm sure I would somehow injure myself.
