Anyone remember that Titan Missile base they were selling on ebay in Washington a little over a year ago?

There's actually quite a few of those for sale, including from private owners. Missile silo bases have been on the open market for decades.

Of course, most of them are "fixer-uppers"...one has a silo flooded with water; its owner uses it for scuba diving.
