I;m not overly experienced with the whole modding scene and was simply wondering before I make an attempt how difficult It would be to install this MOD through the Nexus Mod Manager.

Any tips or advice on how to do so would be great.

Read the opening post of Phinix Natural ENB, it is right here in the forum, maybe even on page 1. The installation of all ENB's are quite similar, but details vary of course. Obviously the right person to ask is the author of your particular ENB.

All ENB mods installations are all manual.

Having said that, reading Phinix's fail-safe and idiot-proof installation instructions and documentation may convince you to give Phinix a try... I would be surprised if you did not like it, and as you will also see his support is terrific...

You can install RealVision via NMM. During the installation, a warning will pop up reminding you to double click on a certain file after NMM finishes installing. If you execute that file, RealVision will be installed. Otherwise, it won't. It's pretty much that simple.

Real Vision ENB is not very noob-friendly as it requires other mods as well (Climates of Tamriel etc.). So first you must decide which version you want, then also download/install the required mods. When it comes to Real Vision ENB in itself, you basically download/install the correct http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.html (the latest, 0.245 in this case) and then Real Vision ENB via the mod manager.
