after months of drooling over trailers, screenshots and hype, the last 2 weeks have been nothing but pain trying to play this game. single player had some thrills but after playing crysis the day before crysis 2, it was obvious that it was a significant step backwards.
then theres the multiplayer. i enjoyed the demo, but trying to play this game is ridiculous. its taken 2 weeks to get a patch, and theres no noticable improvement i can see. i get signed out of almost every game, and the gameplay itself is annoying as hell (hackers wtf). i might play this again in a few months to see if its improved, but i have a feeling that crysis 2 is a sinking ship and ive decided to abandon it in favour of something decent.
disappointment doesnt even come close.

true, but this patch wasnt to improve the game, it was to fix the game and make it PLAYABLE. and it still hasnt been able to do that. it should never have been released in the state its in.

I never played the demo because i don't want any spoilers just bought it directly on the day of the official release date.
