I'm really disappointed

This game have potential to be one of the best FPS games out there, but its barely playable because of the Framerate that is around 10-30,

Seen some rumors around that its not possible to fix the Framerate through patches, in my opinion all Crysis 2 PS3 owners deserve the right to get back their money if they want to because of this.
Me and other people that have same opinion like me have been scammed of money for something that isn't even finished yet and will never be completed.
This company doesn't deserve the money because of this.

I'm going to try to get back my money from the store which i bought it from, cause otherwise its just gonna lay there..

30 FPS is what most PS3 games run at. If it ever drops significantly lower than that it only lasts a second (and it rarely even drops). Other than that it runs great, much better than other multiplatform games I own.

I can't figure out why everyone is complaining about the frame rate. There's only 3 possible situations here.. 1) People are only complaining for the sake of complaining and being picky (30 FPS is perfectly playable) 2) There's some kind of glitch that only some people are experiencing, or 3) I received some special copy that runs great other than a little second of slowdown every once in a blue moon.

Oh, and by the way, you aren't entitled to any refund on software. You can receive a refund for a faulty disc but software is sold "as is". Read the fine print. You could pop the game in and be treated to 'Duck Hunt' and there's nothing you could do.
