i really hope we can get a house of our own out kind of in the forest or some place outside of a city with our own stable/fencing to keep a horse in (if they allow horses that is)

To be honest I could easily live without that.

I think its pretty certain player houses will be in and it wouldn't be a huge use of resources to have 1 or 2 that weren't in cities/towns and had a nice rustic feel

That'd be pretty cool. A small tract of rural land to call your own...coming home to it after a long day of spellunking.

I really hope we can become leader of a "hold"...they might just be a fancy way of Saying Counties for Skyrim and not really be seperate and distinct factions but I'd still like to lead one :D

I hope theres a Run down and elaborate fortress we can locate and restore for our own use, to fight against the Hoard of Dragons and hold out against the coming maw of Alduin :D

I just hope it doesn't get ridiculous like in Oblivion with half a dozen or so, one in every city. Fallout did it right with just the two to choose from, one for each path you chose. One is all you really need, just some place to store your extra stuff and to engage in things like crafting and alchemy.
