Hello! I'm trying to edit an existing house to be a suitable player home, more specifically the Arlington House. There are two things I need, others I don't really care too much about.

• Map Marker
• "Well Rested" bed

The other things include the respawning of raiders, the safety of containers (though apparently they're safe already) and the Bobblehead stand, which is likely very difficult to edit.

EDIT: I know Arlington is in Fallout 3 but GECK is GECK, right?

Can anybody help me or link me to suitable example videos for any of these tasks? I can't find any myself.

Well actually, the first thing I need to do is actually find the cemetery, or the house...

Edit: Found the cemetery, found the house, made the beds playerfaction, made the map marker, now to figure out the bobblehead stand...

I'd delete this thread if I could, but I can't. Sorry.
