I'm honestly scared sh*tless. I'll admit, I'm not very familiar with FCOM. However, I want to play all 4 mods the mod advertises. I hear that FCOM is very buggy. CTD's are almost expected. Should I install it if I already have a bunch of mods installed already? Would I be okay if I used the first time user installation guide?

FCOM is not buggy.

Don't expect crashes. But it is CPU-intensive. You might not be able to run FCOM + Better Cities + Unique Landscapes + big retextures. Your rig and your mod installation practices will matter.

You should install it on a fresh install.
