Well I'm not going to complain about this glitch but it was weird... I shot a bandit in the head and I ranked up to level four. I then upgraded my lock-picking and stealth. Then when I was done I leveled up again... and again... the again! Finally after I was done leveling up I was rank 30. And I have about five stats up the whole way to one-hundred and I just started playing the game. But now I cannot rank up anymore and its kind of boring but luckily the story is interesting or i would have stopped playing awhile ago. But I thought I'd share this messed up glitch as it was very interesting and sort of funny.

Heh, definitely a glitch. Never heard of that happening before. If it was me, I'd have reloaded an earlier save, or quicksave, and tried again. Leveling up and choosing skills normally is a big part of the fun of the game, and getting them all at level 4 would make things incredibly easy for most of the rest of the way.

Agreed that ruins a lot of the point of playing.

Wow, that's really weird. You sure your game isn't damaged or something? Because seriously that shouldn't be happening. That's a major glitch. Hopefully it doesn't glitch to prohibit you finishing quests, Skyrim did that to me.
