Realm of Your Choice

Peryite's Realm (which I had thought was the Quagmire) would be nice, first hand look into pestilence.
Molag Bal would also be interesting, although perhaps I'm just sadistic. Probably won't happen since, well, he...dominates and censoreds people.
Sanguine would be nice, but...ESRB rating again.

Just kind of hard to decide what you would do in each realm. I could see Apocrypha being more puzzle-like in design, we all know what the shivering isles and deadlands are like. The Quagmire would be interesting, but hard to do. It could be a maze that changes forms every so often.
The Ashpit... even if levitation isn't in the game, they would have to introduce it temporarily. That or have the player use an item that makes invisible walkways form.
I could have fun in Boethiah's Attribution's Share. Garden mazes and impossibly twisting towers.

Sanguine would be hard, its made up of 100,000 parts.

Seems like Hircine's Realm is very popular. I hope it reflects multiple terrains. I'd like to see an African Savanna, running into a temperate forest, or jungle...

Most likely it is. We have seen the protagonists go into Hircine's realm and run through a thick forest from werebears into the savanna then to a canyon where the werewolves showed up at night. I think Hircine's realm shows all aspects of hunting climate, snowy regions to jungles as well.

Boethia, Hircine and Azura's realms sound cool.

I thought most of those realms killed mortals on sight. And Malacath's realm could kill you just by breathing in the air?

Jyggalag's realm would probably be boring, all gray and stuff. At least in the Madhouse, the NPC's had amusing dialogue.
"You can't see me. You can't see me. Neither can He. No one can see me." or "No. Go away. I'm not here." Or "I hate indecision! Or maybe I don't. Make up your mind, or I'll have your skin made into a hat -- one of those arrow catchers. I love those hats!"
I doubt that the people in Jygalag's realm (If there are any) would be entertaining. They would probably be like "Hey, you're messing up my perfect schedule, get lost."

And I wouldn't want to go to Malacath's realm. "Now? You'll need the respect of My citizens. They'll need a leader, someone to look up to when I'm gone. They're the backbone of any great land. Except where the backbone is an actual backbone. Ever been to Malacath's realm...? Nasty stuff. But, back to the business at hand."

Hircine' realm sounds a bit more likely though.

I'd like to see some sort of nightmare realm.. I love what Vaermina did with Arkveds tower, a DLC like that would be incredible. A huge black void full of twisted concepts and nightmare-scapes.
