Dose anyone Know if there is a realistic combat mod for like guns and stuff it seems that the gun's you shoot are like arole of the dice like some times a head shot won't do anything whats with that doe anyone know of a mod that fixes thats so that the gun's act alittel lkke FPS guns (I don't wan't fall out to brcome an FPS but realstic gun's would be nice if i shoot somone 2 or 3 times I want them to die)

FWE - is great, but an overhaul.

Probably Arwen's has a module for this.

Arwens is also modular and better supported, therefore, by other mods. True, there aren't as many FOIP type override patches... but it doesn't need as many.

I do suggest against using the Encumberance and hardcoe mods tho, they're a little (maybe a lot) too much.
