Rebalancing AWOP

I've made myself an .esp patch for AWOP 2.02 that violently cuts through the extra health of creatures and NPCs so that they reflect the health of vanilla actors. Then a wild theory pounced on me while I was dreading of compatibility with other patches, specifically the Low Loot Patch and the Low NPCs Patch. It sounded too good to be true.

If I were to move on to balancing the weapons and armor to vanilla strengths and release it with instructions for the user to edit those patches to point to both AWOP and my patch as the masters, tag NoMerge, Lists, and Inventory then wouldn't that work out fine? The objects in my patch have their values, the Low Loot Patch touches leveled lists ( I'll have to check in the GECK ), and the Low NPCs Patch removes references and spawn points. If this is true then my edits would apply and I wouldn't have to go through the FNVEdit process. Desperate? Yes.

I should really dl the patches now and see what's in them.

The other option is to forget the other patches and make mine an .esm, but I think that djmystro would really, REALLY be offended.

Any advice on how to proceed from here?
