A new Emperor now reigns in Tamriel...

[INTRO]
20 years after the Oblivion Crisis reigned it's terror upon the continent of Tamriel, a new Emperor has been chosen by the Elder Council. His name?

Sir Van Con Varstenkien...
The Bastard...

He has corrupted the Imperial Legion, waged war with distant lands across the seas, raised the taxes. You name it.

Almost the entirety of Tamriel is scared of this man. Though there is hope, many rebel groups have been founded across Tamriel, and they fight against this tyrant.

That's where you come in.

RULES
1. DO NOT UBER!
2. Romance is fine, nothing TO graphic please. Kisses will be accepted. (Just warn me first.)
3. There is one Rebel group per city. Not all cities included.
4. Oh yeah, you can be a good guy too.
5. I am the KING of the Rebel's m'kay? My word is law.
6. No flaming, arguing etc. If you are having problems with someone, PM me.
7. OBEY ME MY MINIONS. AND MAYBE YOUR LIFE SHALL BE SPARED.

Just one more thing. Here are the Cities with rebels.

Kvatch ruins. (The Emperor was too lazy to get it rebuilt)(You guys used to be citizens of Kvatch, and want your home back.) CIVILIZED (Base in Castle)

In each encampment there will be a random number of rebel NPCs as well as you.

THINGS THAT CAN, AND WILL HAPPEN:
Raids: A raid will be conducted upon a legion outpost or a city, obviously you will need a strategy. For Legionnaires you will raid a Rebel encampment.

Swaperoo!: A Legionnaire gets sick of his job and joins up with the Rebels. Or vice versa.

Showdowns: Rebel Leader VS Legion Captain, Sergeant or Lieutenant. Involves any type of weaponry.

Take Over: The Rebels take over a city or town and claim it as their own. CIVILIZED claim. NOT REALLY CIVILIZED vote whether to claim or burn. UNCIVILIZED BURN THE PLACE DOWN!

Friendly Visit: One side tries to reason with the other, maybe for a truce or maybe for the trading of goods. May fail or may work, depends who your trying to persuade. UNCIVILIZED will definitely not accept. CIVILIZED have an %80 chance and NOT REALLY CIVILIZED have a %30 chance. Legion will choose for themselves.

Kidnapping: The Rebels may kidnap a legionnaire while he is on patrol! Or maybe a legionnaire tries to play the hero and capture a rebel leader! It doesn't matter! But be creative...

General Appearance: A rough stubble grows around Richard's jaw and his eyebrows are thick. He is quite handsome basically. :hehe: His hair is short and brown and his eyes are a piercing green. He is of average height and has quite a fit build. His legs are long a have strong muscles as well as his arms.
Scars, tats and stuff of the sort: He has the tattoo of a heart with an arrow piercing it on his left shoulder, and another of a lion seemingly leaping out of his flesh! (Lol) He has a few scars dotted around his body but one quite large one running frm just behind his ear down to the bottom of his neck.

Short History: Richard grew up in a small town in a land across the seas. His mother died during childbirth. His father, a blacksmith, raised him and taught the ways of the hunter and the blacksmith. Richard had a hard life growing up as he was the odd one out at the academy, he eventually left at seventeen, when he and his father hopped on a ship to Cyrodiil. When they got there they stayed in the small town of Hafgrow (OOC: Made up this place.) and lived happily until the Legion burnt the entire village down, obviously under the Emperor's orders. Richard managed to hide, but his father wasn't so lucky, the Legion killed him... Richard was outraged, he ran as far he could away from that place of death. And started the Rebellion.

Getting into the smuggling buisness was simple and plentiful, all up until the Oblivion Crisis rolled around. His ship was commandeered for Legion use and never returned. When his father died, and Valin found out the ship was scuttled in the moors near Anvil, he turned into one of the many rebels. Today he serves The Cause with extreme devotion.
