I am not quite sure what Akivirians are, as I refuse to read 'Mysterious Akavir' nor look it up.
Not because I'm stubborn, because I'm lazy. :P

But, as far as I know, Akavir is not a province of the Imperial Province, therefor they were unaffected by all these (unless trade had affected them in some way).
You would have to come up with a real good reason for them to get involved, but I don't think they should.

They could invade, but it is best to keep them out.

Try to put up a final draft sometime.

I don't see why they would. I have never heard that Akivir is anything but contempt with their position.

Unless my lore is wrong, the Akivir is the group that Tiber Septium defeated before he became a god. Someone correct me if I am wrong, please

My sheet was approved and here is my char....Long Live the Empire!

Name: Servatius Quintilius
Race: Imperial
Loyalties: Cyrodiil
Class: Knight
Position: True Lord of Battlehorn Castle, Knight of the True Horn

Physical Appearance: 6'2" feet tall and at the top of the height range for most Imperials. Because of his life style Servatius is lean and muscular. The muscle definition is the best in the abdomen, arms and legs. His hair is as black as coal, and his normally slicked back with oil. Servatius' eyes are green, not a green like raw glass, but a cold green that could pierce right through you.

Personality: Servatius is a down to earth person taught only to require only the basic needs in life. He is courageous and a fierce warrior, but has a tendency to "bite off more then he can chew" at times. Being restricted to the ruins all of his life the outside world may cause a shift in Servatius' personality, but only time will tell.

Regular Apparel: Black & Burgundy Outfit

Armour: Full Steel armor, Shield Of True Horn

Weapons: Dragonsword of Lainlyn ? This is the weapon found in the Battlehorn grotto on the undead Lord Kain. It is the weapon wielded by Servatius' father and Servatius after his father's death.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:TrueHornItems.png link to a picture of both

Other Items: Colovian Signet Ring, Ring of Vitality, Silver Necklace enchanted with Fire Shield. Map to Battlehorn Castle.

Items: 7 restore health potions, 2 cure disease potions, 1 bottle of Cyrodilic Brandy. 3000 gold pieces.

Defining Features: Short black goatee

Goal/Motivation: Servatius' goal is to retake this lost castle and avenge his family and fallen Knights, Court, and servants. From there retake Chorrol, and retake the land Cyrodiil to restore the Empire. For this we will need a lot of help.

Any Favorite/Hated Races: Servatius, like most Imperials, looks down on the beast races as second class citizens. Servatius also hates Argonians because he believes them to be thieves and beggars.

Short Biography: Servatius is 28 years old and the true lord of Battlehorn Castle after his father was killed in a skirmish with Hammerfall forces. Servatius could become the second youngest to ever hold the title of Lord. He was born Lipsand Tarn, a ruin to the north of Chorrol, under the sign of the Lord. He was the first Quintilius to be born under that sign in 250 years. Servatius has lived in the Lipsand Tarn for 28 years, and luckily for the Knights of the True Horn the Redguard left the Ayleid ruin alone.
Well they had until three weeks ago when they sent a scouting party to the ruins looking for Ayleid crystals. They encountered the Knights of the True Horn, but the Knights being better eqiped then the scouting party easly routed them. The Redguards in Chorrol sent a larger force and the Knights and the Redguard army collided. Because of the defensive position of the Ayleid ruins the Knights won the battle, but at a huge cost. The Knights where down to seven men and the civilians where killed (this included Servatius' mother). Not only did Servatius lose his mother, but his father as well. After the battle was over Servatius picked up his Father's sword and proclaimed they would run no longer, and that he would lead them in retaking Battlehorn castle. A place Servatius had never seen, in fact none of the current knights knew where the castle was. All they had to find Battlehorn was a map.

Family: The last of the True Horn knights to reside in Battlehorn castle was Servatius' Great Great Grandfather.

Servatius' father Lex was 58 when he was killed in battle. Lex taught Servatius everything he knew about the Order and its teachings. Lex was killed defending his make shift home.

Alessia was Servatius' mother. She was a stern mother and would reprimand her two children at the smallest things.

Finally we get to Servatius' brother, Itius. Itius is four years younger then Servatius' and a master marksman. Itius was one of the eight Knights that survived the Redguard attack.

Faction Name: Knights of the True Horn

Faction Forces: Servatius and 7 Knights, 5 swordsmen and 2 archers (one being Itius)

Name: Napoleon Jerick
Race: Breton
Loyalties: Hick Rock
Class/Position: Royal General of Her Highness' Army.

Physical Appearance: Quite short in appearance, he is smaller then the regular Breton. He has a slim and defined face, with piercing green eyes, and a thin smile. He has a small, thin nose and small ears, and an overall scrawny physique. He is somewhat skinny; and has cool, brown hair. He has rather long and slender fingers, and has few evidence that he is aging. A small scruffy beard runs along the length of his chin, and up to the bottom of his mouth.

Personality: Very calm, always thinks things through. Somewhat haughty, he is easily lured into a fight or duel. However, he remains calm throughout and always puts reason before anything else. Before a battle, or anything else, he thinks long and hard about all the possibilities. But the fact still remains that he is a very proud person, and refuses to be ridiculed in any way.

Regular Apparel: A long blue cloak, and a blue hood.
Armour: He wears Steel Armour, and is usually donned on an armor horse. He wears http://imghost.indiamart.com/data/5/K/MY-610426/French-Bucket-Helmet_250x250.jpg, and a Steel Tower Shield when grounded.
Weapons: A http://parleferetparleverbe.free.fr/images/Armes/polearm-familly.jpg when mounted, and a fine steel longsword when grounded.
Other Items: A White Horse, a Red Velvet Sword Hilt, and a silver necklace with the insignia of Akatosh, the Dragon God of Time.

Items: Food, few coins.

Defining Features: A scar that comes from the left side of his face, down through his left eye, and through the center of his mouth.

Goal/Motivation: He believes that the gods have destined him to be that savior of the Bretic Race. He believes that he can achieve peace by global domination.

Any Favorite/Hated Races: As he does not hate any race particularly, he doesn't exactly fond the beast races, including Orcs.

Short Biography: Napoleon was born into a rich noble family. His father was a high priest, and his mother stayed at home. At a young age, he was sent off to be the apprentice of a great Bretic General, where he learned most of his skills. However, during one of his master's campaigns, he was felled by a Redguard.

Napoleon then took up his position at only 15, and was the youngest general ever to serve Her Highness. As he took many losses, he also took many wins. He was considered to be an 'erratic' general, because he could be foolish once, then genius next. However, that streak was ended after a major loss in the depths of Hammerfell, in which he began to think everything out more.

In this chaos, he had a dream in which Akatosh told him he would unite all men under the Bretic ruling. Whether it was really the Dragon God or not remains a mystery, but Napoleon believes it his now his duty.

Family: Father is a High Priest of Magnus. He serves in the chapel in Anticlere, where the family lived.

Mother was a stay-at-home mother. She was often quiet and didn't interact with Maximus much.

Faction Name: Royal Army of High Rock

Faction Forces:

5,000 Men-at-Arms: Basic Infantry Swordsmen, Iron Chain Armor with Steel Plate over it, and Iron Swords.

8,000 Longbowmen: Extremely deadly archers. They use long oak bows and bodkin point arrows. Leather or a thin iron plate for armour.

10,000 Heavy Mounted Calvary: Mounted Calvary, usually lesser horses. They usually have lances or pikes, and have Steel plate mail.

2,234 Bretic Mages: Mixed in with the Men-at-Arms, these have an amble grasp on summoning, and mysticism spells. They are more comfortable on defensive terms, but can compromise.

6,000 Heavy Pikemen:
These men wield heavy, long pikes. They are made of steel, and have Iron Chain to compromise for their huge weapons.

250 Noble Knights: The Noble and Religious Warriors that are extremely deadly both on foot and on horses. They carry a variety of weapons, including crossbows and other weapons.

As for wow, wow svcks.

Now, my sheet will be created as soon as possible. EB, you may want to specify your troops more. "Iron" doesn't say much. Is it iron mail? Plate?

Cavalry? Light? Medium? Heavy?

My sheet is coming soon to a theater near you, with an army of Nords.

Each faction has their own specialty.

If you want people that can yell other people's heads off, get Nords.

If you want crazy mages, Altmer is your type.

If you want war elephants and cannons, get the Ra Gada.

I believe I am the judge of joint armies.

Yes, they are allowed, but they cannot represent one place in particular. It would have to be a band of marauders or something along that lines; it can't be an official army. And because of that, your numbers wouldn't be too great.

A faction maybe have 100 at a time, depending on how long and spread out it is.

Using my timeline characters

Name: Ongar Red-Hand
Race: Nord
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Birthsign: The Warrior

Physical Appearance: A very large Nord. Wears his black hair in long wind braids. He bears a large scar on his left arm, down the back of his shoulder. His Nose and ears are normal looking, but he is very tall and muscular, as the usual Nord. He bears very wide feet, and big hands, that help support his strength. His eyes are a light brown, this is because his grandmother is Imperial, an has passed down the dominant gene, through his eyes and hair. He wears plated Nordic Steel, and bears a steel longsword and shield, both bearing "Ysmir". He can use it well, better than most. His young athletic body fits well with his knowledge as not only a military strategist, but a true Nordic Warrior.

History: Ongar grew up in the large city of Whiterun, with his father and younger brother. His mother died in child birth, but his uncle was wealthy, as the Duke of Markarth side. His father had worked as a blade for years, and gave him combat training as a young boy. His brother was interested in more peaceful politics, and is now a dimplomat of Whiterun. His father, after retiring, worked as a smith, teaching Ongar the arts of forging. at the age of 13, Ongar went to live with his uncle, being trained and tought in the arts of military combat and strategy. Later, Skyrim invaded Morrowind, and Ongar took part in that as a centaurion. He was sent to command part of Rurik's infantry force in High Rock, even though he is good with calvary as well. We rides upon his own steed, a quick, white one. His uncle, Kalfgar, has no children, and Ongar is the heir to his throne.
Officers:

Holfgot:

Holfgot is Ongar's second in command, a tall Nord with long braided hair. He wears steel armor, and is a ruthless soul.

Arethan Andas:

Arethan wears a long black ponytail. He is a moderately sized Dunmer, a master at magic. He wears ebony plate armor, and bears a ebony longsword. He is a great friend to Ongar.

Hakar Red Eye

Hakar is a half Nord, half Ra Gada. His mother was a maid servant of the King's father. He is the King's brother, but is not eligible for the throne, do to his mother not being the Queen. He is, although rare for most in his situation, good friends with his brother, and has been sent to aid Ongar. He features Nordic steel armor, along with his black, smooth long hair. He bears a two handed Schimitar, in which, he is a very skilled warrior, able to slaughter many. He bears facial hair, a short beard, along with a short mustache. He is kind and caring to those who are his friends, family, and fellow comrades. He is hateful and cruel to those who are his enemies and oppose him.

Face: http://www.chongwanhsing.per.sg/dynastywarriors5/weapon/xiahoudun.jpg

Name: Derrik the Strong
Alias/Nickname: Derrik
Race: Nord
Gender: Male
Apparent age: 28
Actual Age: 32

Height: 6'5
Skin Tone: The usual Nordic white. Norseman like.
Hair Colour: Light brown
Eye Colour: Very light, golden brown
Significant Markings: Bears tattoos on his right shoulder, saying "Ysmir" picturing a blue dragon over a cloud.
Physique: Derrik is a strong Nord, with a very muscular body. His hair is in short military style. He wears a head-band around his hair, in a blue color. He is a skilled fighter, and has strength to bear large weapons, although he usually prefers a moderately sized axe.

Other aesthetic details: Scars go vertically over his tattoo, 3 of them, one on each side, along with one going through the middle.

Equipment/Pockets/Pouch: Keeps a couple of health potions for each battle, along with bandages. He keeps 800 septims in a small pouch, as his own personal money.

What you are good at: Axemanship, swordship, has a persuasive personality, allowing him to be somewhat of a politician. He can shoot a bow decently, but he is no expert marksman. He has learned to use moderate frost spells, although, he is no spell caster of any sort other than that. He is not only a great general, but is great in combat one on one. He is trained in the art of heavy armor

What you are bad at: He cannot cast much magic, nor can he sneak or pick locks. Light armor isn't useful to him, and he doesn't like using maces. His speed is average, so that doesn't make him the fastest person.

Weapons: Bears a large Nordic steel one sided battle axe, along with a 2 foot Nordic broadsword. His axe features many Nordic carvings in it, ancient Nordic symbols. The axe goes over his right shoulder, slung over on a strap, while the broadsword rests at his waist.
Armour: Wears mail, and Nordic steel plates over it. He wears a Steel helm over his head, featuring 2 black horns, 1 coming out from each side, curving up. The helm features a pull down steel face guard on a joint, shaped like a square coming down, with a triangle coming of of it, along with a diamond shaped steel end coming down below his shield.
Clothing: He wears a thin linen shirt, along with thin linen pants under his armor.

Miscellaneous: Mentioned above...

Mentality/Mental description: He is a very smart Nord, with a good sense of humor. He is loving to his friends and family, and respects his enemies. However, he fights them to the best of his ability. However, he is quick to revenge, and in that state of mind, he is merciful, but berserking.

Troops:

Grand army of Markarth Side

6,000 Markarth Sidian Nordic Professional Heavy Infantry: Infantry coated in steel mail, bearing long pikes. They each bear round shields, strapped to their arm. They are used best in block formation.

3,000 Nordic Heavy cavalry: Heavy cavalry coated in thin steel mail over steel plate. They bear lances, along with swords. The horses are armored in heavy steel mail.

4,000 Nordic Light Cavalry Archers: Light cavalry bearing bows. They are armored in leather, and ride naked horses. They are quick and experienced, and very capable of firing accurately on horse back.

4,000 Medium Cavalry: Cavalry armored in mail both on horse and man, just in a thinner form. They bear bows, as well as swords and spears.

5,000 Nordic Forester Archers: These archers are armored in leather, and bear bows. They are quite quick, and are the smallest of Nords.

1,500 Nordic Heavy Crossbowmen: Crossbowmen wearing some iron plate, along with leather. They bear heavy crossbows, with armor piercing bolts.

1,500 Nordic Light Crossbowmen: Crossbowmen wearing some iron plate, along with leather. They bear light, repeating crossbows, with light, quick bolts.

2,000 Nordic Berserkers: Berserkes armored lightly. They are armed with large axes, and a bit of steel. Great at the shock unit effect.

100 Vanguard of the North: These Nords wear Nordic steel armor, enchanted with Nordic frost magic. They bear great steel longswords. They are skilled warriors, and usually do not fight in battle, but stay with the general. They are among the greatest warriors in Skyrim, and cannot be openly exposed in combat, do to their small unit size.

3,000: Nordic Light Infantry: Infantry armored in thin mail. They bear swords and javelins. They are used to screen off the heavy unit. They are more mobile than the heavy infantry.

1000 Nordic knights: These knights are coated in steel, with fine lances. They are elite cavalry, the most skilled of cavalry, composed of the greatest of the city's territory.

2000 Light cavalry: These horses are not armored, and their Nordic riders bear spears, along with Scimitars. The Nordic men wear mostly leather, and are deadly, when it comes to speed. They are great against taking out siege weapons, as they can quickly break off into a scattered formation

1500 Longbowmen: They are armored in mail, and use strong, longbows as their weapon. They are able to hit a target from a good .3 kilometers.

10 Tongues of the North: Skilled in the Way of the Voice, the gift of Kyne, these Nords are the very elite of the Nordic Armies, the warriors of legend. While they are not particularly well-built, and wear only haubergeons of Nordic Steel in the way of armor, their Thu'um magic is a highly formidable weapon. They can perform a variety of tasks, from frightening enemies to knocking down gates; however they need to be protected, as the tiny size of this unit available to Ongar makes them very fragile. (Credit to PFA)

20 Scorpios

60 men work the scorpios

15 Onagers

75 men work the onagers.

10 Trebuchets

200 men work the trebuchets.

300 Mobile trap shields: A foot and a half thick, these "mobile walls" are covered in green hides to help prevent fire, and each spike has a rough iron plate roughly the size of a small shield behind them, bolted to the wood. These spikes run all along the fifteen feet, close enough together that it is unlikely anyone could run into it and not get impaled. Jumping over is a difficult task without magical means, seeing as how they stand eight feet tall. The spikes are mostly iron, with some having a few wooden, and some even having a few old and broken swords mounted on for good measure. Rolled along on four large wheels, and mounted on a heavy wooden truss, reinforced by iron. Can be rendered stationary through the use of long, barbed pegs that stick into the ground, attached to the object by iron chains.

2400 men work the walls

Questions, the numbers for your armies are they for the planet or just for the ones in Cyrodiil? The only reason I am asking is because with the mass of numbers there really wouldn't be any room of civilians much less moving around without running into another army. That would put about 70,000 soldiers in Cyordiil, not counting anyone else's armies.

I think the max has been a bit overdone.

It should be at about 15k for everyone than 30k.

But, mine is Markarth Side and its many surrounding minor cities. Along with some boys from White Run.

Wooly, your army does feel a little overdone. You have 10,000 more troops than the Royal Army of the entirety of High Rock. It seems like you should have maybe 10,000-15,000, considering High Rock has 30,000.

Not that sheer numbers will have much bearing on the character I just submitted to EliteBirthday... but logically, that doesn't make sense. :P

Wooly, ur Markarth Sidian Nordic Professional Heavy Infantry you said in block formation. Are you saying they are a Phalanx unit?

Also, I do not see Nords fielding that much Calvary because of the terrain of Skyrim. Just a suggestion of a warfare stand point, I would remove your medium Calvary and add more infantry. I know Calvary are "glorious" units but infantry win battles.

Because before that you have 15000 Calvary and only 11100 Infantry?now that I look that those numbers you might want to remove two units of Calvary. I see them being more like the Vikings and Nordic people of his planet. That is the feeling I have always received from the way Bethesda described them.

I know this is really picky, but Army structure has always been a pet peeve for me in anything that I do. I am being into Military History, so if you want to know anything PM me 

Army of the Summerset Isles commin up. Unless anyone has taken it.

If not, I'll edit it into this post later tonight.

It isn't just mountains in Skyrim. I believe it has a fair area of tundra on the west doesn't it?

And ugh, please never compare them to vikings. I hate that comparison. :(

If anyone has a problem with the way I'll be formatting the Altmer army, tell me, but (taking a leaf from the Timeline's book) it is comprised of mostly "fodder" troops, being slaves forced into battle in large numbers, with little equipment. Think of the Dark Elves in Forgotten Realms. THe Altmer won't actually do much fighting up close themselves.

Yeah, Altmers are free.

Also, I agree with BSparrow, Wooly, you have alot more then you said you did. Also, you need to put your character in the Char Sheet format on the first page.

An yes, don't compare Nords to Vikings. I, personally, compare them to the Rus. Which would be Russia, I believe? Not that far in World History yet...

Thats right Skyrim does have tundra, forgot about that.

That's why I said and Nordic people. The Vikings part was for anyone that doesn't know what the Nordic people of Earth look like.

Third, from lore that would be how an Altmer army would be set up and I am really interested to see someone RP it. Will you have posts about the "troops" talking amongst themselves? You really have me interested here Blade
