Good choice. You know what would go really well with that? Foetus's Love album. *bounce* *bounce* *bounce*

Haven't heard about it before. But from what I hear on youtube it sounds interesting, I will look into the matter further!
Thanks!

Just bought Muse newest CD, really great. Although Black Holes and Revelations is my all time favorite, this new one is pretty great too.
Really reminds me of....ELO and U2 put together. Some songs, maybe throw it a little Pink Floyd in there.

Do you you have Bosanova and Come on Pilgrim yet? I love the Pixies, I think they're probably the best band from America ever. Or at the least the most important as far as the influence they had on later bands.

Well, I hope you like them. I really think they are great, I think they were as good as the Beatles. Just pure musical genius.

Just bought gig tickets for Dropkick Murphys, going to see them on the 17th :woot: . Only other gig I've been to was RHCP in 2006, and I was like...13 then and went with my dad, so this one will probably be a little different  .

I got Surfa Rosa recently (first one I ever got too) and as I understand, if you buy it on CD now it always comes with the whole Come on Pilgrim EP tacked onto the end of the tracklisting.

Woot! No One Can Stop Mr. Domino! :D I just bought another guitar. Not just any old one mind you. This is my dream guitar!! :intergalactic: It's a 1983 Fender Telecaster in Fullerton blonde - the exact same production model and color as Jeff Buckley's tele. The serial number is quite close to his as well. I should get it in a few weeks. The stock pickups on these are supposed to be really sweet. They aren't like ordinary American Standard tele pups, but are designed to be a bit closer to Nocasters.

So, a few days ago, it got really really hot here, and an old lady up my street, I'd say no more than 60 years old, decided to have a huge yard sale. She didn't really have a whole lot, but my dad saw something that caught his eye. It was an old guitar, that her deceased husband used to use, and she said it had been sitting in the house for years. It didn't have a case, or any other components to it, just the guitar.
That guitar turned out to be http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk45/Master_Guns_2008/150295953781-2-1.jpg, a Rickenbacker 360/12. My dad bought it off her for 50 dollars.
Turns out..it's uh..worth a bit more than that..haha..

Man, Lady Gaga is actually pretty decent music. I love her music. It's very unique, and original. Nothing revolutionary but, definitely fun to listen to. Dance in the Dark and Alejandro are great songs.

Just got a new cd from amazon:
Esma Redžepova Teodosievska - Pomeçu Dva Života

Nice. I had a Rickenbacker a few years ago. My uncle passed and left me his fireglo 360/12. I eventually sold it as the necks on those are too thin. I used the money on a sweet Guild F412 Vintage Jumbo 12-String. B)

I remember you also telling me that the drummer form The Haunted teaches you drums as well. Is it safe to assume that Sweden has about what, 50 people living in it?

So I wasn't looking for music, was actually looking for a new copy of my favorite book, A Heart Breaking Work of Staggering Genius (Dave Eggers), because mine is finally falling apart -- I didn't find the book, by the way  --, and I thought I might as well go look through the music section of the store just for the fun of it. I wasn't expecting to find any of the music I'm currently looking to buy (because my town has [censored] for music stores) but to my surprise I found a lone copy of Sunn O)))'s Monoliths and Dimensions. I'm now enjoying my miraculous find through my amazing headphones. ^_^

Edit: funny how a single typo can change the meaning of an entire sentence..

Nope, but you can assume my city is very small and has a lot of musicians. :P

I've bought quite a few CDs recently.

British Steel - Judas Priest
Screaming for Vengeance - Judas Priest
Twilight of the Thunder Gods - Amon Amarth
Those Whom the Gods Detest - Nile
Ithyphallic - Nile
Zos Kia Cultus - Behemoth
The Atrocity Exhibition: Exhibit A - Exodus

And I pre-ordered Exhibit B: The Human Condition by Exodus.

Also, I recently purchased tickets to an Amon Amarth concert.

*Checks El Di4blo's location*
Gothenburg is huge, seeing it's Swedens second biggest city. Then again I am from Swedens 16th or 15th(don't remember) biggest city so of course it would seem huge. :P
