Recommend me a 32" HDTV for a low budget

Post » Sun May 18, 2014 1:57 am

I don't play my consoles in the living room and I much prefer having a smaller TV because of how small my room is. My max budget is $450.

Start by checking Craigslist for your area.
There are often some really good deals on there.

You should be able to find a nice 1080p 120hz on Amazon for that much.

I'm happy with my LED 32" Vizio smart tv with wireless. $300. Uses about 20-30 watts. Provides hulu plus and netflix without additional hardware. Light as a feather to boot!

Just make sure you're paying for the screen at 32 and not the frame. We got some Cobly brands selling for 199 at my store, but the screen itself isn't 32 inchs like it says :P. I mean they should just say 32x26(screen) instead.

Huh, didn't think they did that sort of thing anymore. It was rather common back in the fat TV days though.

Well here in England, I bought a 42 inch for £240 at Asda. About 300 (?) dollars.

Seeing as Walmart is America's Asda, look there.

Holy crap I just bought the exact same one a month ago! It's awesome. Really nice, and affordable with Samsung quality screens.

I bought the Samsung EH5300 a few months ago and am quite pleased with it. They have a non-smart TV model if you are interested in saving a few bucks.

Samsung is the only brand I will recommend and they've several LED TVs now prices under $400 at 32".

Check your neighborhood BestBuy but do not buy the protection plan.

You can also check Amazon and take advantage of the many free shipping items.

Speaking of Amazon, buy their AmazonBasics HDMI cables because they're cheap as hell and are awesome. Variety of lengths and they're 3.0 compatible.

Good luck with your search. :)
