I just got a new pc, and I decided to load up good ole OB. I gotta say it hasnt aged well. Textures on almost everything are downright muddy..terrain and rocks and trees are horrid. Not enough grass and flora.

Can you suggest mods to update and make more hd with maybe city enhancements to make ob beautiful?

My rig is in my sig so i can handle just about anything. I run skyrim ultra with hd textures at 97 fps, so.

Remember Oblivion is not so optimized game.
