Had the following mods when I tried playing Oblivion back in March/April before getting swept away by other stuff:

Blood is Everything(Vampire mod I think)

Animated Window Lighting System

Enhanced Hotkeys

Enhanced Vegetation

Immersive Interiors

Oblivion Graphics Extender(SweetFX as well)

A mod called All Natural which has custom weather/Real Lights/Natural Interiors

Grass Overhaul*

Something called Lush and Gaudy Floriana Gloria*

Vibrant Weather*

Crime Handler*

DarNified UI

Midas Magic

(*Not sure if installed already)

So yeah, feel free to recommend some gameplay mods, though other recommendations are fine as well(graphical/character/item etc.)

I really don't have a huge preference when it comes to type, though if needed follow these guidelines:

1. Should be hopefully lore friendly.

2. For gameplay, should hopefully enhance sneaking and magic(Other improvements are awesome too, but my first playthrough will be a sneak/magic one)

3. Graphic/Immersion/Weather - Just keep my specs in mind ;___;
