http://www.fallout3nexus.com/ is the best place to search and get mods. ;)

Thanks, a question about Arwen's realism tweaks though...is it possible to only install some components of it(e.g. smarter enemy AI) but not the other components(incraesed XP to level)? Or is there some other mod that only does that?

Tried combat enchanced tatics, but its really buggy...instead of ducking in and out of cover, enemies slowly inch around the corner, all the while exposing limbs to fire.

Aside from realism tweaks, are there any other mods that fix the problem of humans charging me, taking a full mag of 10mm to the chest and not slowing down?

It is divided into several separate modules, so you can more or less choose what you want, but most of the things in the modules themselves are not configurable. Just a few things are. Luckily, the XP reducer feature is one of those features that can be tweaked/disabled ingame, so if that's your only thing you dislike about the mod give it a shot.. ;)

Incidentally, are there any mods taht allow you to increase skills past 100 AND show it normally in your pipboy? All the mods i see on fallout nexus seems to require you to press some special button or something to show it. Is the pipboy hardcoded to only show up to 100 for skills?

Darn's UI mod has an option to allow you to increase the skills past 100, but having skills past 100 doesn't make them more effective in the normal game. So unless a mod is made to extend the usefulness of skill past 100 it's of no use.

Hmm i see. Is there any mod out there that makes points past 100 have effect? I thought i had found one but it only allows you to increase points at the level up screen to no effect.

Also is there a mod that makes armor more useful, such as giving it damage threshold? Im tired of seeing random raiders kill BOS soldiers with assault rifles...
