Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could provide some recommended mods for a player who has never played the pc version of oblivion? I have played the console version of Oblivion, and also the pc version of skyrim, and the console version of morrowind. I have also completed much of the vanilla version of oblivion on the console.

Some of the things I am really interested in are:

Something to make vampires better, add quests/a faction or vampire npcs??
An overhaul of Oblivion so the whole world doesn't level up at my same rate..
Those are the two main points, but I'm also interested in hearing what other mods you recommend for a new player of this version? Also, is adding mods to Oblivion much like it is in skyrim? (IE. The NMM?)
